Das 200 Jahre alte Bauernhaus liegt neben Wasserfall, Wald und See in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus wurde nur sanft renoviert. Vieles ist noch im Originalzustand wie die historische Stube mit Nussbaumbüffet, altem Parkett und Kachelofen. Geheizt wird mit Zentralheizung. Alle Zimmer sind holzgetäfert. Die Böden können bei Betreten knarren - gehört halt zum alten Holzhaus. Hier findet man Ruhe und ist trotzdem nahe von tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Familien und Gruppen fühlen sich hier wohl.

Die Wohnung bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit 2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank sowie ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Eine eigene kleine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und Grill runden das Angebot ab. Zu Fuss ist das Studio in ca. 20-30 Minuten vom Bahnhof Sachseln erreichbar. Beim Bahnhof Sachseln gibt es auch ein Mobility Standort und eine Ladestation für E-Auto.
