Access to the court is through an ancient door on the splendid Giudecca canal in front of the church of S. Maria del Rosario and near the church of the Redentore. The furniture is new, essential, modern with a few touches of color. The entrance takes place with a code on the electronic keypad.

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata "Palanca" dove passano i vaporetti per San Marco, Piazzale Roma, Ferrovia e Rialto che potrai raggiungere in pochi minuti.
