Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items. Private entrance/keylock garden/patio. On longer stays washing/drying of small amounts of clothing.

The area is quiet and leafy yet minutes from all the lovely bars and restaurants of the west end. The flat has great views over countryside, while being only 1km from Motorway junctions to Glasgow/Edinburgh, and 1km from Larbert Train Station. Parking space, (off-street) at the front of the property for guests to use , great dedicated WiFi, kettle with coffee/tea/water and breakfast snacks all provided, a microwave, crockery, and a fridge to allow you to prepare food/eat-in. Expect exceptional levels of cleanliness!
