The Old Boxing Club was originally built as a blast shelter in WWII. With a team of local craftsmen, we have transformed the former boxing club into a modern studio flat, keeping some of its unique and historic characteristics. Tucked away in a snug part of town, with everything you need on your doorstep.

Luxury one bedroom 17th century cottage B&B

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. We have created a self contained one bedroom unit as a luxurious bed and breakfast within our 17 th century farmhouse cottage. It boasts an inglenook fireplace and wood burner with an open plan living and dining area. There is a small kitchenette and a choice of continental breakfast is provided. The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ashcott overlooking the Quantock hills with beautiful views and has access to many country walks.

Garden Bothy

This is quiet cabin in a large garden, two minute walk from the town centre and 30 minute walk to the top of the Tor. You have your own access to the garden and cabin via a side gate. Lovely wood burner for chilly evenings and spacious covered decking with a mature grape vine for Al fresco eating or chilling with a good book. We are pet friendly and have 2 free range dogs who form the welcoming committee. The bathroom and shower are attached to the main house and are shared with another guest.

The Old Stables

Hidden away in a unique rural setting on the Somerset Levels.  Light, airy and cosy with log burner. Looking out of the glass frontage you will find our alpacas, goats, ponies and various poultry . Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. It is the perfect location to explore Somerset and the West Country by car, bike or on foot, with the beautiful Cathedral City of Wells just a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury Tor are also just a 15 minute car journey. The village pub is also within walking distance of the property.
