Here are key features of our guest suite: - Newly renovated - minimalist and modern decor with bright and airy feel - One bedroom suite allows for maximum comfort and space during your stay - Private entrance so you can come and go as you please - Counter Bar with microwave/ mini fridge with small freezer section / Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee or tea. - Cooking is not allowed. - Location: Suburban feeling but quick commute to most places. - Parking: free street parking so optionally guests can park and enjoy taking public transportation - Neighborhood stores are 2 blocks away: Starbucks, Mollie Stone's supermarket, CVS. Multiple restaurants, bakeries, and local bars create a community feel. - Self check in and check out with lockbox and keypad access. - Security camera on-premise outside the unit for guest's safety. Camera locations: outside above garage door, outside AirBnb front entrance on stairway, outside backyard door. REMARK: We live upstairs and have young kids. We are active and will make noise during 6:30am-9am and 5pm-9pm during school days. During weekends we may be home more. We would love to host you if you do not mind the family noises. If you are a light sleeper and would prefer to have completely quiet mornings, you may not enjoy your stay with us. We have done our best to disclose the info in many ways possible; hence, we would appreciate if you don't write us a negative review because of this. Guest can use TV in the private living room with Chromecast and local stations. Counter bar features mini refrigerator with freezer function, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The available space is for indoor one bedroom suite only. Outdoor deck is not part of the guest access. NO ACCESS ON: Backyard Laundry Grill We want to make sure you are enjoying your stay. If you have any problems or concerns, we are just upstairs. My husband grew up in San Francisco, so if you need any recommendations, we've got plenty. We are always just a phone call, text or email away. This Miraloma Park neighborhood offers Twin Peak views, with Mount Davidson and Glen Canyon Park trails for trekking. A supermarket, Muni, and BART are within easy reach. The location is a hidden secret yielding suburban residential vibe yet is conveniently located providing fast trip to most attractions in the city. Ask the hosts, who've lived in the city for decades, for inside information on attractions. Transportation: - Buses: 36, 44, 43 buses are within walking distance (either across the street or 1 block away) - Lightrail (Muni): The Forest Hill Muni Station is a 15 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride. Muni will get you most places including downtown, the Castro, Embarcadero, Civic Center (Symphony, Jazz, Opera, Asian Art Museum, and many more), Exploratorium, Pier 39, and the Ferry Building. - BART (Subway): Glen Park BART Station (30 minutes walk / less than 10 minutes by bus) will let you go to most places in the Bay Area including San Francisco airport, or the east bay. Note: The 44 bus will also take you to the Richmond area through Golden Gate Park (where Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, California Academy of Science and De Young Museum are located). The 43 bus will take you north to Marina area for an upscale neighborhood stroll. UBER or LYFT can be a good way to get around as well. Noise disclosures: We have a 2 younger children and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends. We also do our cleaning on Mondays between 12pm-4pm. There will be some noise during the cleaning (washer/dryer/vacuum cleaner). We have a 6 year old and a 3 year old and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. Welcome to your home away from home! Our stylish and spacious guest suite will welcome you with a Thuma Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and thick Egyptian cotton sheets. When you wake up, enjoy a rain shower in your modern bathroom and sip your coffee on the patio or at the dining table with spectacular views of downtown San Francisco. When you are ready walk down the hill to Philz and Noe Valley Bakery on 24th Street. Enjoy the boutiques, restaurants, and Whole Foods on 24th Street!

Live like a local and try tiny living

At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

Ideally located between Noe Valley (24th Street) and the Castro district (Castro Street). Perfect for 1 or 2 guests. The hosts live on-site.

You will have the entire lower level and garden to yourself via a shared entry hall. 20 minute walk to Glen Park district shops and restaurants, easy access to public transportation with the BART train/subway close by. Easy access to the freeway. Dedicated parking. Bus stop 1 block away. Great for leisure or business travel and for remote work with fast wifi.

My place is centrally located in San Francisco. Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's wharf and Pacific Coast are all around 5 miles radius. The neighborhood is safe and upscale. Only 15 min walk to Safeway Market and coffee shop. Tucked away from the busy city with free easy street parking. Near bus 52 to Forest Hill or Glen Park station. Bathroom and entry are private. Xfinity high speed Internet, eero 6+ mesh Wi-Fi router. Free Netflix movies. Uber and Uber Eat are also convenient here.

Private Studio with Kitchenette

Private self-contained studio with queen size bed, kitchenette, couch, smart flat-screen TV, private bathroom (w/ full shower/tub) and partial view of SF bay. Please note: Airbnb's "listing types" do not have a good fit for our studio. "Entire Place" best describes our studio because it is the only room on the ground floor of our home and it is private with its own entrance. However, there are shared areas in our listing including our home's front door, basement/office, and backyard.

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.
