The Caretaker's Cottage was built in the 1770s by Ruben Merriwether, and sits near the manor house where he and his ancestors lived at Roundabout Hills. My home (owner occupied/shared) sports a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay with access to the beach. The home is spacious with a family, dining, breakfast and living room. Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. My deck can be used for cookouts and relaxation. Hosting a gathering - lets talk- my home is perfect for celebrations. Close to Annapolis & Naval Academy.

Fox Cottage *Pet Friendly*

Fox Cottage is a modern addition to our 115 year old Victorian home. It’s a One Bedroom Queen size mattress & memory foam topper. There’s a Loft with a Full Size Memory Foam Mattress. The loft is a cozy space accessible by a vintage wooden ladder. It is not appropriate for people who cannot climb a ladder. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. You will have private parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.
