The Hagerman Cottage was built in 2020 and is located in town, walking distance to great food, grocery store, national park visitor center & the park. Only 5 minutes to the river & a less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of parking on site, a nicely landscaped, fully fenced grassy yard, patio & bbq to enjoy the weather. Help yourself to the garden & fruit trees when in season. We are located about 20 minutes from Gooding, 25 minutes to Buhl & 45 minutes to Twin Falls.

Our "Magic Water House" is located near Miracle and Banbury Hot Springs. Enjoy soaking in your own year-round private geothermal pool right outside your back door! There is a garage that can be accessed from inside the house. Washer and dryer, furnished kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room. No pets. Recreation in the area includes: Hiking or floating the Bruneau Canyon, climbing the Bruneau Sand Dunes, fishing the Bruneau River and of course there is CJ Strike Reservoir.
