Die Langlaufloipe geht direkt hinterm Garten los und der Ski-Lift ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Von dort genießt man das Skigebiet Dachstein-West-Gosau. Zur absoluten Ruhe kommt man beim Schwitzen in der Faßlsauna. Der Gosaukamm als Kulisse tut sein Übriges. Im Haus sind zwei Kamine, die die gemütliche Atmosphäre noch unterstreichen.

Sie stammt ursprünglich aus dem Jahre 1503 und wurde 2008 mit viel Liebe komplett renoviert. Sie ist luxuriös ausgestattet: Gaszentralheizung, Fußbodenheizung im EG, Sauna, urgemütliche, geräumige Wohnküche mit Kachelofen, 2 große Schlafzimmer mit offenem Kamin sowie eine große Terrasse.
