The flow from inside to the outside area makes it perfect for BBQ dinners, and enjoying the warmer weather in summer under the patio. The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. This tiny cozy cottage was renovated in 2024 & now has all the little luxuries to make your getaway the best one yet. 1 Bedroom & 1 bathroom, spacious backyard with a patio & cosy fire-pit area. Rizzo is located in a quiet neighbourhood with just a 5 minute drive to Town central & 5 minute to the Great Ocean Drive with the best beaches. Because of the size & styling of the property, it is only suitable for one or two adults (couples) only.
