Nuovo appartamento nella centralissima Piazza Yenne ,cuore pulsante di Cagliari, per godere di un soggiorno immersi nella vita cittadina. Troverete bar, ristoranti, supermercati e le vie dello shopping appena varcata la porta di casa. A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Apartment in the city centre, easy access to the beach, terrasse with view on the port entrance and private parking. Ideal for couples and families. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. I am looking forward to my next guests!

In the old town heart with comfort and style

Historic 100mq house from the 1600s completely and finely restored in a modern style. The house present many original elements, starting from the marbles, from the large wooden French windows, to the balcony with the typical wrought iron railings, and has been completely restored creating a combination of history and modernity. Composed by entrance room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area and each room is equipped with air conditioning. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

From Perd'e Sali it is possible to reach the most beautiful beaches of the coast such as Nora, Santa Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda. Close by our Cottage you can discovery "Nora" an ancient Roman town.
