It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.

Can support lights, TV and wifi, but won't support appliances that will use lots of electricity such as microwave oven, hairdryer, oven, etc.
