Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
