It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Cozy (240 sq ft), private studio space located in NE Portland on the edge of the Cully and Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhoods. We are located on a bike route and about a 12-minute walk to NE Fremont Street (many restaurants, coffee shops, bars), 12 min by car to the airport, and 15 min to downtown. Small kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven, and coffee/tea supplies. Queen bed, super comfy mattress.

The space is a well appointed, comfortable studio apartment. It is an ADU at the back of the main house. All the amenities that one would desire are provided (wifi, internet, cable TV, washer & dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, AC, cooking utensils, etc., etc). It is also very modern and clean, with a private entrance and keyless entry. Close to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Casa Chica PDX

A mini house in the Rose City Park neighborhood of the City of Roses that will make you feel right at home. Casa Chica is full of natural light, and a short walk away from Portland-caliber coffee, a local brewery, wood-fired pizza, a neighborhood wine shop, two beautiful parks, groceries, and the best Vietnamese food in Portland (in our opinion).
