Casa Malrotti - 18th Century house salt water pool

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Esternamente i nostri ospiti potranno rilassarsi nel giardino privato ed avranno una piscina (10x4 metri) a loro totale diposizione.

Is perfect to discover the historic center with its architecture, squares, wine bars and restaurants that make the capital of the Langhe unique. You will then have a supermarket 15 m away. At 3 minutes you will find the station and the bus stop. It will be a pleasure for me to meet you. George.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
