Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

101 Love Shack

Our rustic 1903 mud-brick studio is made from river sand and mud sourced from the local Great Western area. The studio was built as a fruit kitchen by the Patching family who owned and operated a number of orchards along Concongella Creek and Salt Creek. The fruit kitchen has been recently renovated into a 1-bed studio which offers history and modern comforts. The cottage is surround by farm land meaning there is an abundance of animals to watch and enjoy, including Kangaroos.

A large, family friendly, country home, Bet Bet Creek Homestead is a tranquil getaway set on the banks of the Bet Bet Creek. Situated between the rural towns of Maryborough and Avoca, our charming mud brick house can comfortably sleep 8 people, with its four bedrooms and two living areas.
