If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Beds BLUE is a delightful property, spread over 2 floors with external stairs and an astonishing terrace, making it a perfect retreat for you to relax and reset. It is a pet and family friendly place, designed to enjoy your summer on a beautiful Island of Krk. There is everything you need close by - beach, aqua park, beach bar and restaurant. Historic city center of Krk is just a 10 minutes drive away. In 2024, we are bringing beach closer by adding a swimming pool to a picturesque terrace!

Our apartments are spacious, bright and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing and unforgettable vacation. All apartments are air-conditioned and also have underfloor heating so that we can accommodate our future guests throughout the year. We want our apartments to become your second home.
