It consists of one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living room. The location of the apartment is very close to the center of the island and the town of Vir. All important places for everyday life can be visited on foot; shop, butcher, market, restaurants, cafes, beach, clinic, post office, church..

In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.
