Ta moderna vila z bazenom za 6-8 oseb se nahaja na območju otoka Vir imenovanem Straža. Vila s skupno bivalno površino 100 m² se nahaja na ograjenem zemljišču velikosti 200 m². Bivalni del vile je sestavljen iz 2 apartmajev. Prvi apartma je razdeljen na dnevno sobo, popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, dve spalnici (ena z zakonsko posteljo in ena z dvema ločenima posteljama) in kopalnico s tušem. Drugi apartma je razdeljen na dnevno sobo, popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, eno spalnico z zakonsko posteljo in kopalnico s tušem.
