Ta moderna vila z bazenom za 6-8 oseb se nahaja na območju otoka Vir imenovanem Straža. Vila s skupno bivalno površino 100 m² se nahaja na ograjenem zemljišču velikosti 200 m². Bivalni del vile je sestavljen iz 2 apartmajev. Prvi apartma je razdeljen na dnevno sobo, popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, dve spalnici (ena z zakonsko posteljo in ena z dvema ločenima posteljama) in kopalnico s tušem. Drugi apartma je razdeljen na dnevno sobo, popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, eno spalnico z zakonsko posteljo in kopalnico s tušem. V obeh dnevnih sobah, v obeh apartmajih, je po en raztegljiv kavč za še eno osebo. Trgovina in restavracija sta oddaljeni 350 m, središče otoka Vir pa je oddaljeno 2000 m. Najbližja plaža, plaža Miljkovica, je od posestva oddaljena 450 m.
