Piano penthouse apartment is located in a brand new building, on last floor in nice surrounding. Building has elevator. it is cca20 minutes walk from the Old town, and nearest beach. It offers free Wi-Fi, private parking place. It has air condition in bedroom, and also in rest of the apartment. The apartment features 1 bedroom, living room with piano, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with basics for cooking (sugar,salt,oil), and a balcony with a nice view. Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
