Nahaja se v mirnem okolju, obkroženi z vinogradi, oljčnimi nasadi in gozdovi, kar omogoča pristen stik z naravo. Urbanci ohranja svojo prvotno identiteto. V vasi ni barov in trgovin in to je tisto, ki doda občutek umika od mestnega vrveža in vam omogoča, da se v celoti prepustite umirjenemu podeželskemu vzdušju.

Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Zavadlal Homestead

The modern apartments with a touch of the traditional Karst style are completely new and available to guests in 2022. Both apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, a large dining table, a living room area with a flat TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are air-conditioned and include free WiFi connection, as well as access to a terrace, where our guests can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The apartments are located in a small village, surrounded by the calm of nature.

Dobrodošli v popolnoma opremljeni avtohtoni kraški kamniti hiši. Apartma za 6 odraslih, z zasebno teraso, se nahaja v prvem nadstropju, medtem ko gostiteljica živi v pritličju iste hiše. V toplejših mesecih je zasebna terasa popoln kotiček za sprostitev na svežem zraku. Gostom je na voljo tudi žar na dvorišču, za zabavo pa pikado. Brezplačno javno parkirišče je oddaljeno približno 150 metrov od hiše. Vabljeni, da doživite pristno kraško gostoljubje in mir v objemu narave.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Timijan Holiday Home

Timijan HH, brand new self-catering holiday home, 25 m2, 2 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 (smaller) children, 1 bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a fully equipped cooking area, a terrace with breath-taking views of the green surroundings, a private pool, barbecue facilities available. Complimentary WIFI, private parking on the site. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are not allowed, but there are a few on the site - chickens and a cat.

The whole village is protected by Slovenian government as a Cultural Monument Site and is surrounded by numerous vineyards. However, the most amazing treasure of Goče lies beneath your feet. Hidden before the sun and wind, the wine cellars – carefully built from the local stone and featuring vaulted ceilings – store the village’s precious liquid.

Ima dostopen nov hiter 5g WIFI. Do hiše se dostopa, preko samostojnega glavnega vhoda in lastniškega parkirišča. Hiša je polno opremljena in nudi udobno bivanje do skupaj 5 oseb. Od avtocestnega priključka Vogrsko je hiša oddaljena samo 5 minut vožnje.
