Nahaja se v mirnem okolju, obkroženi z vinogradi, oljčnimi nasadi in gozdovi, kar omogoča pristen stik z naravo. Urbanci ohranja svojo prvotno identiteto. V vasi ni barov in trgovin in to je tisto, ki doda občutek umika od mestnega vrveža in vam omogoča, da se v celoti prepustite umirjenemu podeželskemu vzdušju.

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Timijan HH, brand new self-catering holiday home, 25 m2, 2 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 (smaller) children, 1 bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a fully equipped cooking area, a terrace with breath-taking views of the green surroundings, a private pool, barbecue facilities available.
