Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

Over 700 ft of private shoreline offers a unique opportunity to experience the Pemigewasset River. The shallow riverbank offers accessibility to most guests. 3 kayaks are available for even more fun! The expansive backyard is perfect for yard games, to lounge in the shade of the trees or to toast marshmallows at the fire pit. With 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 full baths guests have ample space to call their own. All living spaces are adorned with plush furnishings to ensure your comfort!

A cooks (happy place) kitchen. A large living room with a fireplace & direct access to the walk out deck with breathtaking views.

Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

This is a refurbished walk-out basement apartment, accessible through the garage. Enjoy the entire apartment with your own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The shared yard has 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog on the trail through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. Nearby are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. We have four friendly dogs and raise chickens and goats

Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats, donkeys, and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided.
