Ocean front tiny cabin

Relax and unwind at this unique, tranquil getaway. Our tiny cabin is situated on ocean front facing Hecate Strait. We have miles of secluded beach where you can enjoy the sun rises and ocean tides. The tiny cabin has everything you need to make your stay comfortable: a wood stove, heater, a double bed, kitchenette, barbecue and a fire pit. There's a separate full shared bathroom with an outdoor private shower. Plenty of space to put up a tent or we can make up a mattress on the floor for kids.

Sunrise Cabin ‘The Loft’ Private Beachfront

Welcome to Sunrise Cabins the loft, steps from the beach. Covered deck to shelter from the Wild West coast weather during Storm watching season Sept- through to spring. Bring your rod and fish salmon Sept and Oct in front of the cabin. Walk the beach or jump on the trail around the spit directly across the road. Have a wonderful bite to eat or play a round at the golf at the Willows course next door. Check out the visitor info centre and bistro at the airport. Groceries available everyday

The Last Resort Suite 1

In the heart of Queen Charlotte resides The Last Resort, your home away from home. Settle into a choice of two airy and modern suites. One is a two bedroom for larger groups with 3 Queen beds (six person capacity) and the other, a one bedroom with 2 queen beds (four person capacity). With mountain views only minutes from the Pacific Ocean, The Last Resort is the perfect home base to explore all that Haida Gwaii has to offer. Each suite has an extra bed that can be set up in the living room.

Haida Gwaii Heights House

Located in a quiet residential area known as ‘Skidegate Heights’ in the village of Skidegate on Haida Gwaii. This quaint house is close to all amenities -grocery store, gas station, convenience store, Haida Heritage Museum, Balance Rock, beaches and hiking trails. A short 15 minutes drive takes you to the Village of Queen Charlotte that has additional amenities, shopping and outdoor activities. Haida Gwaii Heights House is a excellent jumping off point to start your island adventure!

The Aerie Beach Cabin

Enjoy the beach with a 180 degree ocean view. perched atop the sand dunes the Aerie features west and north facing windows allowing you to see the surf almost anywhere in the cabin. The Aerie is a state of the art off-grid cabin featuring indoor bathroom with compost toilet and heated shower. For heat this cabin has thermostat controlled hydronic base board heaters and a wood stove for secondary heat or romantic evenings. The Aerie is the closest you can get to the beach!

Toad Farm Guesthouse Tlell

A 5-minute walk from miles of beach, Toad Farm is a recently renovated bungalow on 30 acres in rural Tlell. On the way to the beach, coffee, tea, ice cream, brunch, groceries and more can be found at the Crow's Nest Cafe and Store. Tlell is centrally-located on Haida Gwaii, facilitating adventures north and south throughout the islands. Owners Lynn Lee and Leandre Vigneault live at the bottom of the hill in one of two other homes on the property.

Rainforest Studio - a quiet getaway on Haida Gwaii

The Rainforest Studio is a new (May 2022) 700 sq ft building nestled on the edge of Naikoon Park, across the road from the expansive beaches of North Beach, Haida Gwaii. The Studio was built with unique features such as salvaged hardwood floors and a giant driftwood post. The rustic feel is combined with modern ammenities, such as a large bathtub, wifi and a heat pump. The building is one open room, with a separate bathroom, mudroom and deck.

Haida Gwaii's Cassie's Cottage

Fully independent 1 bedroom cottage located on ocean front property in Daajing Giids. Steps away from the water front for launching canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and swimming. Cottage is within walking distance to all local amenities and explore our community. At the end of your day, relax at the fire pit and soak in the view of Bearskin Bay, Sleeping Beauty and the likes. Complete your day with a one of a kind colorful sunset.

This bright and cheery studio cabin is situated between the Tlell River and East Beach in Naikoon protected area. From your doorstep you can walk through the dune forest to the beach, take a short stroll to the Tlell river or embark on a hike to the Pesuta shipwreck. Nearby artisan shops and the Seas the Day cafe are a few minutes drive. This central island location is ideal for planning your Haida Gwaii adventures.

The Bower Beach House

The Bower, with a clear view to Alaska, is a custom built home constructed entirely from timbers salvaged from the beach out front. This off grid cabin is rustic and clean. There is an external composting outhouse and during colder months you will need to keep the fire lit for warmth. Our property is 16km east of Masset. Cell reception is spotty and the cell based WIFI hub is temperamental.

Chy Tonn ('Wave House')

This lovely cabin sits on two wooded, secluded beach-front acres in Naikun Park. The warm and cozy 600 sq ft modern off-grid home is made for days on the beach and quiet reflection. After swimming in the sea rinse yourself in the hot outside shower and then sweat in the wood fired sauna before checking your email or settling down to read by the wood burning stove.

Tlell Beach House

Stay in your own private house just steps from the beach in the community of Tlell on Haida Gwaii. House is situated on 15 acres of mostly forest with a small creek running through the back yard, a two-minute walk from Tlell's Crow's Nest cafe/grocery store. The Tlell Beach House can accommodate up to 8 with the sofa bed, and suits smaller groups as well.
