We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

You will not find a better view of Grand Lake than from the patio of this cozy, mountain lake home. From sunrise to sunset, firework shows, fly overs and wildlife viewing - you can’t beat it. This is a VERY well stocked mountain retreat owned and managed by me - Pickles! It’s one of my favorite places to visit and when I’m not - I love to share it with you! **Smoking is not tolerated in or near the residence. Air quality detection is present and violators will be fined**

Welcome to Overlook Nook, a cozy mountain retreat with panoramic lake and mountain views just 2 minutes from the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and historic downtown Grand Lake. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, stylish and comfortable living spaces, and year-round adventure right outside your door. Conditions permitting, guests can ride snowmobiles directly from the parking area. Sleeps up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults per HOA rules).

The Golf Cabin

Take a tranquil trip to the beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado! The Golf Cabin is a half mile from the Grand Lake Golf Course, a six minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, and across the hwy from Shadow Mountain Reservoir and Grand Lake. Take a stroll down Main Street where you can rent paddle-boards, kayaks, and enjoy an ice cream right on the boardwalk! The Golf Cabin is a 2.5 hour drive from the Denver Airport.
