"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Warm and cozy new mattress! 35 minutes to Powderhorn ski resort! Peach Beach is a 2021 Hideout camper with a beachy vibe. The place sleeps 5 adults, has a master bedroom with it’s own entrance, solid door and bunkhouse floor plan. Appointed to turn out any kind of meal, and BBQ a as well as BBQ utensils are available. In peach orchards, views of Mt Garfield and Grand Mesa. Sip a glass of wine from our picnic table or hammock looking at rose bushes or orchards. Close to three popular vineyards.w

Located on the Scenic Fruit & Wine Byway the Carriage House is on our organic three-acre peach farm within easy biking distance to downtown Palisade, surrounding wineries & hiking trails. Enjoy downtown Palisade's farmers market, distillery, brewery & restaurants. We're moments from many wineries & trailheads including access to The Plunge, Mt. Garfield, Palisade Rim & Riverbend Park. Begin, end or spend your day lounging in the little yard quaint for sipping wine & enjoying charcuterie.

Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Barn house stay near Palisade, hot tub and views!

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

The Sweet Peach

- cozy studio apartment with 2 beds (there is a loft bed that is 6” of plush memory foam.) Queen size but is a snug fit for people over 6’ tall. Pull out hydabed on the couch in the living room. -small space there is not a full separate bedroom it’s just the loft living space.
