Green Cove Getaway is the perfect spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday. It is nestled next to lush green woods just across the road from the Virginia Creeper Trail and three miles from the Appalachian Trail. Located in the Mt. Rogers National Recreation area which provides opportunities such as fishing, hiking, biking and horseback riding. The house is cozy and has a full size private pool and screened in area with hot tub which allows relaxation with family and friends.

Stone’s Throw Cabin is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains on approximately 1 1\2 acres on its own grounds. It is the perfect, private, small rustic getaway Cabin with its own private driveway. Just a 40 second drive to the New River Public access where you can enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking etc., The small town of Independence is just 15 minutes away, convenient for groceries, restaurants and rental of kayaks etc., Visit Grayson Highlands National Park for hiking and spot wild ponies.

This Passport model trailor/ house is for outdoor enthusiast. Our tastefully remodeled 1956 trailor/ house surrounded by 50 of the most beautiful acres in Grayson county. Spectacular southern views of mountains in Allegheny and Ashe county, North Carolina. There is no WiFi but good cell phone signal is available all over property including 4G. You will find plenty of restaurants and bars in Independence, VA and Sparta, NC but we have found that once you arrive you don't want to leave.

Ready for a rustic getaway? Our unique rental is located in a working horse barn and wedding venue in the peace and quiet of the country, and less than 5 minutes from I-77! Enjoy your morning coffee on our porch overlooking the rolling hills and pasture fields. Horses do not live in the barn anymore, but in our pasture surrounding the barn. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

Beautiful 1900 family farmhouse with lots of breathing room! This amazing no pet fee dog friendly piece of heaven is 14 secluded acres on the eastern edge of our farm, founded in 1760. Beautiful meadows, forest, springs, creek and pond. Pet friendly. We love doggy visitors! Hike over the farm, anf large fenced meadows. Enjoy the fire pit. Have a really large group? Add Sunrise Cottage and Meadows, also on the farm. Or Middleside Farmhouse, likewise on the farm.

Set on 2 acres out of 15 privately owned the bunkhouse will feel like yours. No wifi but great connection to nature, self, and others. Outdoor fire pit and indoor wood stove are sure to keep you entertained in both cold and warm weather. Newly added mini split will keep the chill off in winter and heat out in summer. Black bear, wild turkey, and deer are the only visitors you will have. Set atop a large waterfall the sound of the falls is audible throughout the property.
