The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Adatto a lavoratori, turisti e famiglie che preferiscono alloggiare in una zona lontana dal caos del Centro Storico ma allo stesso tempo ben collegata per poter arrivare in poco tempo in qualsiasi punto di interesse della città e delle zone limitrofe.

There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
