Unit is not in the building, but stand alone, so the privacy is granted. Newly equipped, very clean and cosy - wright choice for the correct amount. Private free parking is just 20m from the unit, which is very rare in Kotor.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
