Liverpool Home - Crosby

Perfect for Liverpool City Centre / Aintree Races / Liverpool FC Crosby is a wonderful village located 15 minutes from Liverpool City Centre. Crosby has many bars and restaurants all within walking distance from home. Close to Crosby Beach where Anthony Gormley's Another Place sculptures are situated and also Formby Nature Reserve. There is a train station (Waterloo) approx 10 min walk from the house and bus routes are easily accessible from the main road approx. 5 mins walk from the house.

‘The Shippen’ is our barn conversion, once part of a small dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel, and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. Located in a vibrant neighbourhood, our tastefully furnished two-bedroom apartment is an excellent choice for travellers who want to explore, while enjoying the convenience of nearby dining and shopping options. With easy access to the main bus routes and Waterloo Street train station (a 3-minute walk away), guests can easily travel and explore the city! Waterloo offer great walks along the sand dunes or alternatively why not try the local red squirrel walking trail exploring woodlands.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

Excellent transport links with many bars, eateries and a handy shop nearby.

Our stylish basement apartment is close to Crosby Beach in a quiet, leafy area with restaurants and cafe's within walking distance. It is a 7 minute walk to Blundellsands train station which takes you into the centre of Liverpool in under 25 minutes or Southport in 30 minutes. The spacious apartment has all the comforts & amenities of home, including a smart tv, dishwasher and washer drier.

The train also goes to Southport through Birkdale and nearby popular golf courses. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach and Anthony Gormley Iron Men statues.

Abbie and Dave's self contained solar powered annex is situated within a short drive of Crosby Village and beach, within walking distance of local amenities. Ideal for those travelling for Business or pleasure, there is ample workspace available within the large open plan lounge. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with large private garden with children's play area and patio.
