Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. The Railway Weigh Office (Cliburn Station)

The Weigh Office is a perfect base to relax, unwind and explore The Lakes & the Eden Valley. The building was once a working part of the Eden Valley Railway and has been fully modernised to provide a unique, compact self-catering holiday accommodation for up to two guests. Heated by an environmentally friendly geothermal ground source heat pump, it offers a lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom, double bed on a mezzanine (accessed via a ladder), private parking and a spacious outside decking area.

A traditional sandstone barn conversion, with a sheltered garden in the beautiful village of Temple Sowerby. Located in the Eden Valley you will be well placed for trips to the Lakes or the Dales. In the village there is a local pub offering 'Day Fishing Licences' on the local river, a church and 'The House at Temple Sowerby' if you prefer some 'Fine Dining'. A short beautiful walk will bring you to 'Acorn Bank' National Trust House, with spectacular walks along the river and a tea room.

The Hayloft (on the doorstep of The Lake District)
