Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

Our Little Cabin is a bright comfortable space with a 1/2 bath, including a sink and toilet. You will have access to a private full bath with roomy shower and laundry facilities accessible through our garage any time. There is a small refrigerator and microwave as well as Keurig coffee. There is a large window facing the garden with a view of the water through the trees. Longpoint Beach at the opening to Penn Cove is a 10 minute walk through our quiet neighborhood.

Home on the Harbor, a private and serene waterfront property with a modern home overlooking Holmes Harbor with amazing sun rise views and detached rustic cabin. Immerse yourself in nature, with majestic evergreens, rocky shores, bald eagles, and the occasional whale sightings. Treat yourself to a rejuvenating getaway, with beach walks, or romantic nights in. The detached cabin is included and provides privacy with a queen bed, bathroom and a kitchenette.

Beautiful and spacious, this home is minutes away from Port Townsend. Two-story windows fill the house with natural light and give a beautiful view to the outdoors. Upstairs bedroom is loft style, looking out over living room. Downtown Port Townsend is a 6 mile drive and grocery stores and other restaurants are even closer. I'm happy to give all kinds of recommendations for food, outdoor fun, and events going on in town.
