It is located on a private road and close to Howard Pond, Androscoggin River, and Sunday River skiing. No matter the season, opportunities await, whether you decide to stay close or venture out. There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

The entire house is yours, easy Self Entry Doors, located on US Rt 2 and Androscoggin River, nestled in a Mountain Valley. Located along Main Street, this beautifully restored lake front home had a private dock and yard facing the lake. Come enjoy summer on the lake with our canoes, kayaks and corn hole. In the winter come to ice skate in the front yard and ski at Sunday River (20mins) or Mt Abrams (5mins). House offers high speed internet, a smart TV and modern amenities. Custom dining nook, custom kitchen and modern, yet cozy finishes throughout.
