This is an entire house, minus one bedroom/bathroom that’s rented separately. It has no access inside. Two different private front doors. No shared spaces. You will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms to yourself. Please be courteous & respectful of noise at front door and living room. Security- fully fenced property with large gate, ADT, security camera system, ext. floodlights 2 Acropolis king bed sets, nectar hybrids, silk sheets, Dyson air purifiers

Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Just 5 minutes from the Florida/Georgia State line. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Bring your boat and fishing poles to fish some of the best water around. Very spacious home. We are 36 miles from Doak Campbell Stadium. We are approximately 80 miles to Panama City. Central location, can go to Alabama, Georgia & Florida in the same day! We are 5.3 miles from Mount Pleasant lodge. We are 21 miles away from Havana Springs venue.

Only 20 minutes south of Tallahassee, leave your cares behind and enjoy the beauty of the Wakulla River. The unique house includes 4 kayaks and 2 SUPs for you to explore this pristine river. Enjoy your own private dock; you might see the river otters first thing in the morning there as you enjoy your coffee. The boat ramp is nearby. The house is tastefully appointed and features artwork from several artists who capture the local flavor.

Oyster Cottage (Wheelchair Friendly)

Enjoy family friendly convenience at the Courtyard's Oyster Cottage (sister to the Pelican Cottage). Wheelchair friendly with parking pad. Close to everything in and around Crawfordville. Subway and Taste of Mexico food truck are across the street. Enjoy seasonal fruit from the orchard. If you love coffee like we do there are two coffee trailers only a few minutes away, as well as a sit down coffee shop.
