Schippershuisje nabij het plantsoen

Dit schippershuisje is klein maar fijn! Licht, ruimtelijk en voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin is in ontwikkeling, maar je kunt er fijn zitten. Het historische stadsgroen ligt om de hoek en de buurt is gevuld met leuke mensen. De beste bakker van de stad is 15 minuten wandelen, de lekkerste koffie vind je op gelijke afstand en lunchen doe je bijna naast de deur. Charmante huiskamerrestaurantjes ontbreken niet in onze buurt, en Groningen staat bekend om de grote hoeveelheid gezellige kroegjes.

Nabij het prachtige Noorderplantsoen in een van de mooiste en rustigste buurten van Groningen overnachten in een sfeervol kleurig benedenhuis. Er is een tuinslaapkamer en een voorkamer, beide met tweepersoons bedden, en een tussenkamertje waar ook geslapen kan worden. Een eigen keukentje met koffie en thee, koelkast en oven/magnetron, een eetkamer met toegang tot de intieme stadstuin vol bloemen. Privacy met een eigen badkamer en toilet. Je bent binnen 5 minuten in het centrumgebied gelopen!

Typical Dutch city 30s home. Light, clean and comfortable. Cllimb 4 stairs, and the sight over Groningen is marvellous from our roof terrace: a lovely quiet and private place to enjoy in summer time. Cosy room near the centre of Groningen.

You are more than welcome in my tasteful house that was built in the 1930's in the "Rivierenbuurt" in Groningen.The train and busstation is no more than 5 minutes walking distance. Your room is on the first floor. Shower and toilet (that we share) are on the ground floor. In your room there is a sink with cold water. I have a dog; if you have an allergy for dogs my house is perhaps not suitable.

De accomodatie is basic. Conform de prijs. Behalve de gastvrouw zijn er geen andere gasten of bewoners. De wc/ badkamer kan natuurlijk op slot, maar de kamer heeft geen slot. Het is altijd mogelijk thee of koffie te maken op de kamer. Alles is aanwezig. Ontbijt kan geregeld worden, tegen extra betaling ter plaatse (€8). Idem warme avondmaaltijd (€10). Idem lunchpakket (€7).

Knus huisje in de binnenstad met tuin

Verblijven in een rustige buurt in de binnenstad van Groningen naast de stadsschouwburg! Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en binnen een paar minuten ben je lopend op de Grote Markt. Het huisje is compact en heeft een moderne keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Ideaal voor gasten die Groningen te voet willen ontdekken of een avondje schouwburg hebben gepland.
