Located in the safe and friendly gated community of Gate Park, Cap Estate, Orchid 1 is a mere 15-20 minute walk to the picturesque Pigeon Island landmark. The wheelchair friendly, open plan living/dining area opens onto a large balcony which boasts a beautiful view of the swimming pool and lush green gardens below.
