Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendelerer i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten.

Within few steps you can enjoy a coffee at Tim Wendelboe's, steel a kiss at the fountain on Olaf Ryes plass, pass the waterfall to a culinary stroll of Europe in one building - Mathallen or see a concert at Parkteatret. And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

Denne koselige leiligheten ligger midt på Grünerløkka, det hippeste området i hele Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. I løpet av 1-5 min. gange kan du nå Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restauranten Apostrophe, Botanisk Hage, 6-7 ulike matbutikker, mange restauranter og enda flere bruktbutikker. Leiligheten i seg selv har mange autentiske detaljer, som original vedkomfyr og panelvegger. Leiligheten er 40 kvm og har en lav seng.

Mulighet for å vaske tøy hos verten på forespørsel. Soverommet/ stue ligger mot gate så noe støy kan man oppleve, men ikke bil traffikert gate.

Bright 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Oslo. Everything you need for a comfortable stay; come and live like the locals! Carl Bernes Plass is at the cross section of Oslo; tram, bus, subway is all right there and it's a quick walk to Grünerløkka. The apartment features a balcony, one bedroom w/150cm wide bed, stocked kitchen and a practical bathroom. There is also a roof top terrace! This is my home, so it’s not a generic «just for rent»place, take good care of it ☺️

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
