Large chalet in Villars-Gryon, magnificent views

This large chalet is located in the heart of Gryon, a 17th century alpine village with unobstructed views from the Dents du Midi to the Diablerets. All the local amenities can be reached by foot, which includes a grocery store, a restaurant, cafés and a playground. There is parking for 4 cars and a free-shuttle stop to the ski lifts 100m from the chalet. The chalet enjoys much privacy with a large flat garden with exceptional views of the Muveran mountain range.

Ce joli cocon sur la piste des Fracherets offre un séjour de rêve pour un couple ou une famille jusqu'à 4 personnes. La piste de ski est juste devant la terrasse et accessible directement skis aux pieds. Exposé plein Sud, rénové, lumineux, très accueillant et chaleureux. Cheminée avec porte vitrée et tout le nécessaire pour rendre votre séjour confortable et pour profiter d'être face à ces superbes montagnes: Miroir d'Argentine, Grand Muveran, Dents du Midi.

Appartement l'Arcobaleno

L'appartement fait partie de l'annexe érigée en 1950 au chalet paternel. Ce chalet a été construit en 1850 par mon arrière-grand-père, mes grands-parents y ont vécus et mon papa et sa soeur y sont nés. L'appartement a été rénové de peu, il est meublé simplement et fonctionnellement. Devant le chalet, il y a un terrain gazonné, qui a été longtemps le potager et la seule source de revenu pour ma grand-maman devenue veuve prématurément.

Get a change of scenery and come and discover our beautiful mountains. On the lower floor of the chalet, we offer a very nice apartment. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a small and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. On the ground floor a furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps, located due south, on the edge of the forest, very quiet.
