My little century old cottage is on scenic old A1A, between downtown St. Augustine and Flagler beach. It is far from fancy and the price is reflected. All rooms have ocean view. The fenced yard and patio are perfect to relax or wave watching. The beach is a short walk away. Fishing and surfing are very good here as well. Bring your boards, fishing rods, kids or pets and enjoy! This cottage also has lots parking. 4 cars or a full-size RV.
