The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. This is the perfect place for guests who are seeking a quiet and peaceful beach vacation! Often guests will see howler monkeys outside the villa, perfect nature lovers!

Quaint and cozy stand alone guesthouse located in nice residential community, merely 5 min walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa beach in Guanacaste Province. We are Canadian, however spend considerable time in Costa Rica.
