Malecon Beach House, Steps to the Caribbean Ocean

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Villa Little House is located directly on the beach atop of breathtaking cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This villa has direct access to a secluded beach, a private patio with jacuzzi, and parking. The villa is a 1-bedroom with one queen and one double bed. Neighboring villas are available to rent.
