la casa se encuentra en una parte alta, lo cual permite una vista espectacular del lago desde cualquier lugar de la casa, se encuentra en una privada , en la denominada zona dorada de tequesquitengo, a 250 metros aproximadamente de los hoteles principales del lugar, restaurantes y tiendas, la calle para llegar a la casa se encuetra un poco accidentada como la mayoría de tequesquitengo.
