Mid-Century Breeze

A mid-century modern apartment in our home. You have full privacy. You will have an open kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops open to the bright living room. Three bedrooms. Two kings, a queen bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower complete the space. The back deck has a grill and fire pit. We have a small Maltese dog who you will share the back yard with (puppy love is free!). The apartment is separated from a smaller suite where the hosts reside.

Baywatch is a 3 story, 87-unit. THIS IS A WALK-UP UNIT, Top floor. NO ELEVATOR. Family-oriented condominium complex located on Santa Rosa Island. There is a walking/biking paved path. 5 minute walk to the beach. 1.5 mile to the main business area. This unit is comfortable for 4 adults or Two adults and 3 youths, any extra (adult) person needs to be approved upon reservation and an extra fee could be implemented. Person making reservation must be at least 23 year old.

If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.
