Cob Cottage

Channel the pursuit of pause in this one-of-a-kind earth house. The cozy retreat was hand-sculpted using local and sustainable natural materials, and features a central living space with cantilevered slab stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage and surrounding property. We live in the neighbouring house, and are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. The neighborhood is quite rural and mostly agricultural with several farms and a small private vineyard. The home is a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from a family grocery and deli specializing in local organic produce. Mayne Island has a small community bus. Times and routes are limited, particularly in the winter. It will stop at the driveway. We also have an official hitch hiking system with signed Car Stops where you can wait for a ride. Usually you don't have to wait long. We are happy to offer pickup and drop off at the ferry dock as a courtesy to encourage car-free travellers, on days when the community bus is not running. Please let us know ahead of time that you'll be coming without your own transportation, and we will make sure that either we or the community bus (which will drop you off at our driveway) are there to meet you when your ferry arrives. The BC Ferries terminals near Victoria and Vancouver are easily reachable via public transit from their respective airports and downtowns.

Forest Hideout

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

The Woodshed

Nestled among the towering trees of Jordan River, BC, Woodshed offers a serene retreat. Clean lines, natural wood finishes, and minimalist design blend with the lush coastal forest. Sister’s Lake Cottage

Sat on a bluff by St Mary's Lake and protected by cedar trees, this calm and cozy cottage is the ideal getaway for couples and families seeking rest, relaxation and adventure in the serene setting of Salt Spring's North End. Guests have the benefit of a large deck and private drive off a peaceful residential road within short walking distance (0.5km) of the lake and a short drive from Ganges town centre, Fernwood Beach with pier & cafe and Mount Erskine Provincial Park.

Spectacular views! Galiano Harbour View House is 3 bedrooms, on private wooded acreage with views over water & islands. 850 sq. feet of west facing deck for amazing sunsets, and always a shady spot with a view. From $265 / weeknight low season to some $ 425 nights in summer. Prices based on 4 persons, additional guests are $30 / person / night. $100 cleaning fee on all bookings. 6 night minimum in summer, 5% discount on 7 nights.

The Trincomali Hideaway Oceanfront Yurt

This luxurious oceanfront yurt is hidden in an ancient cedar grove providing privacy and an amazing backdrop to its unprecedented ocean front setting. Come and stay in this rustic private Cabin on the ocean with spectacular views of Howe Sound. 45 min drive to Whistler. It has self check in and parking close by. Relax by the ocean, go for a paddle, enjoy the outdoor private fire pit up on the rock with breath taking views of Howe sound during sun set. Wake up to wildlife swimming by your bedroom window. Free Paddle boards and Kayaks to use during your stay:)

The Salty Goose - Private Cottage beside the Ocean

The Salty Goose is the perfect place to unwind with your loved one. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the balcony of our private cottage getaway. The beach and government dock are also located right across the street. Relax as you enjoy all nature has to offer; seal, deer, eagle and raven are all common sightings here. Our cottage is within walking distance to the Driftwood Center, Cidery, Marina, and Winery!

South End Cottage

Settle into a private cottage nestled atop a mossy knoll, where tranquility meets rustic charm. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful getaway surrounded by arbutus and oak trees. We are located in the picturesque south end of Salt Spring Island, within walking distance of pristine beaches, forest trails, Ruckle provincial park, and various local farmstands.

Galiano Cabin Hideaway

The cabin has a double bed plus a twin size guest bed on the main floor, very comfortable accommodation for two or three guests. It also has a self contained second bedroom and bath on the ground floor with its own private entrance that is ideal for sharing with one or two guests. There is an additional $100/per guest per night fee for this additional space.
