Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Casita Feliz.

This peaceful and centrally-located casita is nestled in a small local neighborhood. A one mile hike to a local waterfall/swim hole, 20 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute taxi into the center of Samara town. Tucked between the beautiful Samara and Carrillo beaches. We currently share access to this cozy casita, but you have your own entrance. DISCLOSURE there is a carpenter in the neighborhood that works during the day, so this place is best if you plan on relaxing at the beach, or exploring.

They are perched on the pacific coast hillside, providing partial ocean views of the surrounding area and feature a private full ocean view infinity pool and an outdoor lounge area. The casitas are professionally managed with experienced & attentive staff It is a 2 hour drive from Liberia Airport. A 4x4 rental car is highly recommended for the rugged and unpaved roads in the area.

This cosy and comfortable double room with en-suite private bathroom is simple and equipped with the comfort you need: a double bed, good WiFi, AC, Hot Water, and closet. It has a private entrance, sitting area in front with table and chairs, access to a shared kitchenette to fix yourself a snack. Location is very central and hard to beat: the property is on a residential street 2 min walk from the beach & all restaurants, bars & supermarkets. Modernized and everything refreshed in July '24
