A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Peaceful, quiet area in central Istria is a perfect place to relax and enjoy free time with family and friends. It is also a good starting point to reach Rovinj, Pula, Opatija, Poreč or Rabac.

De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor boodschappen of een drankje.

Our B&B is located in a quiet area but at the same time is 15 minutes from the center of Trieste, also close to the seaside and the beautiful Val rosandra, where you can go for a walk along the river. we have one room and we called "Green Mind" because here you can relax your body and soul in a green peacefu l place.
