The unit is walking distance to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed by the HOA.

My studio condo is great for couples, solo travelers, guests who work remotely, small families and guests with well behaved pets. (no additional pet fee). Do not leave pets alone inside.
