It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
