Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Welcome to the cozy mountain lodge condo studio! This studio sleeps 4 and is located on the second floor just an elevator away from access to the pool, hot&tub and gym . It is also just a 3-5 minute walk to ski lifts (1 flight of stairs) and mountain base area where you can find coffee shops, bars and ski/bike rentals. Additionally, it is a 1 min walk to the free bus to Crested Butte downtown(5 min). Great place to stay if you are looking for mountain adventures, entertainment or retreat.
