Welcome to your Southside Experience! This modern, second story home is located in the lively Southside community in Downtown Chatt. Walk, bike or Uber to many close downtown activities, restaurants, bars, unique shops, or explore the mountains. Start your day drinking coffee while enjoying the Lookout Mountain view and end the day relaxing on our comfy sofa or in the hot tub, should you choose to add the “hot-tub experience” ($100 additional fee) to your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Bring the family for fishing, fun and relaxation while enjoying our cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath home across the street from beautiful Lake Guntersville! Perfect central location, sleeps 8 comfortably, easy in/out level parking for 3 trucks w/ boats; outside electric plugs and LESS THAN 1 block from our largest public boat ramp. Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.

Martin Springs Cabin.

This country cabin is a great base for exploring the nearby South Cumberland Park and surrounding area. Convenient to Sweetons Cove Gulf, The Caverns, Adventure Offroad Park, Sewanee, Monteagle, South Pittsburg/Cornbread Festival, Jasper Highlands. right next to I-24. You can't see any other homes from the cabin and adjacent meadow. Year round creek in the property. Meadow trail. New Hot Tub and all new Tuft & Needle mattresses for 2022! Basic amenities provided. Includes Wi-Fi and DVD player.

Bakers Loft, park up to 4 boats private location

Bakers Loft has hosted countless professional fishermen at Lake Guntersville. The house is 700 Sqft house located 350 feet away from the primary residence, so it is a private, safe location. Bakers Loft is a Vacation Rental located minutes from Guntersville City Harbor. Living room and bedrooms have TVs. There is a full bath and kitchen and free WiFi. Also, plenty of to room park with water hook up and available extension chords. The high vaulted ceiling gives a spacious feeling for relaxing.

Book your peaceful getaway in our newly renovated 5 bedroom waterfront house on Guntersville Lake. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's perfect for family gatherings, with a beautiful kitchen open to a large dining area and cozy living room complete with gas fireplace. Plenty of covered outdoor spaces are available for lounging and dining. Enjoy badminton, cornhole, or a campfire in our spacious backyard or relax on the covered dock looking out on the main channel of Lake Guntersville.

Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The Lookout Mountain Birdhouse

Welcome to the Lookout Mountain Birdhouse! This modern cabin in the woods (completed in 2021) is surrounded by stone, trees, and a breath taking view! This house was built to stretch towards the clouds with a 1000 sqft deck and bird's eye view from inside. The 8 foot windows allow for an unobstructed view. Fisherman’s home w/ boat dock near Goosepond

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. I have been a Super Host for 3 other properties in Huntsville so you will not be disappointed !!!! Looking forward for your stay on Lake Guntersville in Scotsboro Alabama!!!

A relaxing get away for rest and relaxation or working remotely without interruption. BE AWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR AS A HOUSE IS BEING BUILT. Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
