This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. Unser klimatisiertes und modernes Ferienhaus ist in der Zeus Park Anlage bei Davutlar-Kuşadasi und wurde 2016 erbaut. Die sichere Anlage mit Pförtner, Überwachungskameras und 2 Pools ist ca. 900 Meter zum Meer entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund des Corona Virus achten wir sehr darauf das Reinigen mit Desinifektionsmittel zwischen den Buchungen. Wlan für das ganze Jahr diese Option ist seit Juni 2023
