Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. The house dating from the early 1900s and entirely renewed, is located in the heart of Gythio, overlooking the Cultural Center square. After 90 steps you will be raised above the roofs of the houses and will contemplate the sea. Ideally located, Koumaros is close to all shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and bus stop.
